"The Well of Lost Plots by Jasper Fforde" oooh that sounds interesting..

btw. i happen to read very fast.. so my reading list really isn't all that impressive.. "voracious reader" is just a misnomer for "reads way to fast" ya know.. ;) I usually read about 6 at the same time (meaning i'm going along in 6 books during the same period of time.. not all at once! egads english is confusing at times if you take it literally)

40 is impressive!

What do you have on the slate for 05?

Only 6? Heh. Let's see what's currently cooking... The Washington Irving pair (Sleepy Hollow & Rip), Weighing the Soul, Mind over Matter, The Quantum World (those 3 all science books), The Princess Bride (my purse book), and Lungbarrow (reread in the bedroom). Also started but not finished: Complete Writings of Ronnie Barker (funny stuff, but the huge book got burried by the other books in my reading pile), Paul Cornell's first sci fi novel (just can't get into it), and a book on "modern" Native American mythology. Plus I'm reading the latest Physics Teacher journal and have some Dreamwatch issues to finish (DWM already read).

Hmm.. I might have to come raid your reading pile. Since I've stopped working my work/purse ones are now melded into the bedroom/livinng room areas. =) So it's just not as impressive. =)
