This morning fasting bg was 157.  :(

Picked up the month of free Januvia samples from the endo this evening leaving work.  Big question, do I start them now, or wait until Monday (i.e, with my usual propensity for experiencing side effects, do I want to wait until the endo's office is open, to avoid dealing with a visit to the ER)?
